My definition of superpower is any nation that has a significant military/diplomatic/economic presence in every region of the world, which currently only comes down to America. China, Russia, and any European power are regional powers.
Soviet Union, Germany, France, Britain, Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal were in the past, but no more.
