i add all the games i currently own as well as all the games i previously owned, i still own most of my old games anyways so it's not like there's a difference :p
but if you need to add a game in order to rate it, well then i'd definitely add all your previous games, and even ones you rented too (i do that)
but why ask people what you should or shouldn't do? make your own decisions! :)
