| jneul said: I have a new worry for us all, with every company (sony, ms and ninty on the motion bandwagon), do you think thee is a chance for the shovelware problem to get so big that it send's us backward to the atari days?? I mean that caused big problems as people stopped buying games, because companies was too happy to pop out poor quality game in the hope of making $$?? I hope this is not the case as sony has already shown it has hardcore titles(socom 4, lbp2) lined up for the move, but I still think we all need to be a little bit worried about what motion gaming will bring to this generation. I also think this is the reason why a lot of people are againt motion control, personally I cannot wait for socom 4 and ape escape but I do not want the industry to take a step backwards in quality of games. Please discuss and no copy or clone moaning allowed!! |
people are afraid of change. I'm all for motion controls. Companies are'nt going to pop out poor quality games in the hope of making $$. In the Atari days you did'nt have all of these game magazines and internet gaming sites. People are more informed these days,so I really don't see companies doing that.
