If it releases this year, it will have a bad chance at getting decent sales. Halo Reach and CoD Black OPS will dominate the FPS market this fall/winter.
Best time to release it is around March and May. Not crowded very ( well, yet to know about that...E3's coming) but it's way better than to face off those behemoths.
