Actually in Bayonetta defense the one viable combo is an unfortunate biproduct of the garbage PS3 version, the game is such a mess that trying any other combo is damn near impossible. Honestly trade the PS3 version in get the xbox version and you may have a different opinion of the game, still even the xbox version is not better than GOW 3.
