Japan is permanently occupied by the American Empire since 1945 so no. and the American Empire cant defeat China (it can cotrol it and protect Taiwan, but defeat it and conquer it......mmm No.
and abou the EU: moderns europeans dont like wars and europe has a huge demographic problem . Europe average birthrate is 1,3; no human civilization has EVER recover from that. they dont have enough young men to fight and maintain the "pax americana".
p.s. China has demographics problems too, not as bad as europe of course.
