I want to apologise to Kamal for doubting him. It seems as if he was telling the truth. Here is video footage of Troy Baker saying pretty much what he told Kamal.

Sounds like Namco Bandai may have been intending to release it but changed their mind or perhaps there is a very slim chance we have to wait a little longer (although seems doubtful at this pointful).
