Take up a martial art. Maybe Muay Thai. I was never a very fit kid, but If I'd made a dedicated start at something like that, I'd be a sexy hunka burn'n deadly weapon right now. Step 4. I can't learn languages worth crap.... as a kid though, I probably could have. I think i'd go Spanish though.
It's just too useful in the US.
