I believe that letting Moore go was one fatal mistake from Microsoft's side. The man is fully responsible for where the 360 stands now. He's got the initiative that lead them on their way to succes. His aggressive moves, made MS grab titles from Sony's side makeing them only available on the 360 system or shared with PS3. Without him, and his advances the department will suffer a loss in 2008. I remember the 2 years before the PS3 & Wii got released, Microsoft flaunted their games excessively. And this year? Main surprises were Ninja Gaiden 2... and scene it? what the hell? Or, Microsoft could be keeping the cards close to themselves of course. But either way, without Peter Moore xbox department will lack direction. I dont think for a moment that Shane Kim will be able substitute the kind of charisma and salesmanship as Moore portraited.

Don Mattrick is in charge now... Not Shane Kim... He led EA's World-Wide studios so he is well connected and will pursue the same path as Moore... I don't see much changing except Don is a quieter guy so he won't be getting any tattoos...
