Power Unlimited's top 10 best games of 2007.

(PU is a magazine published every month in the Benelux).

10) Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. (PC/X360/PS3)

9) God of War II. (PS2)

8) The Orange Box. (PC/X360/PS3)

7) Halo 3. (X360)

6) Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. (PS3)

5) The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. (DS)

Notes by PU:

-They really like the touchscreen controlls.

-Old elements bring totally new experiences.

-The usual Zelda stuff (brilliant stuff, that is).

-Best DS game, period.

4) Assasins' Creed. (X360/PS3)

Notes by PU:

-1 guy of the mag totally loved it and the rest though it sucked.

-Although it didn't meet the expectations it was still good enough to get in the top-10.

-Repetitive, but for a first try really goo (they mean blending in and using the environement, not static)

-Majestic.

3) Mass Effect. (X360)

Notes by PU:

-Nice Hardcore RPG. Dev is Bioware, that means quality.

-Epic and of enormous scale.

-Intriguing plottwists which YOU get to chose how you take them.

2) Bioshock. (X360)

Notes by PU:

-Basicaly a FPS with some RPG elements, brilliantly done.

-They love the quasi-sci-fi look and the atmosphere.

-Really top-notch, refined!

-Only thing they didn't like: It's basically System Shock 2.5, but hey, that was a good game.

1) Super Mario Galaxy. (Wii).

Notes by PU:

-Pushes the Wii hardware to hights never seen before (they think it can even get pretier).

-The game is so refined that it's ALMOST perfect.

-Gives 'em shivers on their spines when playing or watching someone play.

-Replay value is quite high for a single player game (Luigi and 121 stars).

-Very satisfying when getting stars and really original and brilliant level designs.

-Only thing they didn't like: The game is around 30 hours long, and everyone who's played this wants more Mario. (I can't blaim em)
