I thought the game was good but I got bored and never went back after 8 hour or so. Personally speaking a 10/10 game should have kept me wanting to play tilll the end which is why I feel the game was overrated. Hell I've played some real crap to the end just to see the story this generation, GTAIV just didn't interest me in the slightest. It's an adult game blatantly aimed at kids in the gameplay stakes and hence feels childish at times which just made me switch off I guess.
Each to their own though as none of the 10/10 reviews hurt me and the game was worth buying just to judge for myself imo.
