Vettel was totally to blame - and maybe the team asked Mark to get slower and turned up Vettel's engine, but maybe not. Anyways he was just too immature to figure out his team companion is also a contender for the title and one that would not change his line for silly maneuvers like throwing your car in the front of others even if you didn't have a clear advantage.
Button and Hamilton were a bit more mature. They had a great duel with virtually no huge risks for their race, even if it lasted for a while before Button was asked to manage his remaining fuel like Hamilton was doing. I think the tried to overtake at first thinking Hamilton had some issue with his car.
Few to comment on the other pilots. Schumacher definitely holds the upper hand over Rosberg, even if it is a close advantage. I wonder how things would proceed in a track that favors top speed like Canada. McLaren could have the upper hand over RBR.
