Hmm... I have to say RPG. It seems as though MS really wants to break into the Japanese market, and RPGs do the best job of doing so. However, MS has been mostly reliant on 3rd party RPGs to sell in Japan. I think that while it may be too late for the 360, if they can get internal teams working on RPGs in both styles (W and J), then they may have a better chance, though it will still take time. I think what's hurt MS in Japan is that so many of the RPGs have seen late ports to the PS3, usually with improvements. If they can directly control more RPGs, then some Japanese gamers will start to realize that hey, not all these games are going to see PS ports, and get the system. But it will take a while, next gen will still be a seeding gen for them, and that's if they start now.
