What this guy is doing is making a huge deal out of things that aren't very important. For example, he complains that the map for selecting levels is not exciting. First of all, WHO CARES? The map is not the important part of the game, the GAMEPLAY is the important part. If the map was the exact same as it was in SMG 1, I'm sure he would've said "Oh my gosh, the map is the exact same as it was in the first game, why can't they change it? I don't want to choose my levels the same way I did in Galaxy 1, I want some thing new!!"

I actually prefer the simply linear map that Galaxy 2 has to the overworld "hub" of Galaxy 1. It cuts all the extra unnecessary BS and is far easier and quicker to navigate. It is more true to NSMB Wii, and of course, the other 2D Mario games, which is a major plus in my book.

Anyway, the guy is obviously nit picking based on what his arguments are against it. If you really wanted to, you could find something to nitpick about ANY great game. People can be creative when they want to hate something, in that they create minor issues to dwell on. He obviously came into it WANTING to hate Galaxy 2 before playing it, and NOTHING in the game would have convinced him otherwise.

In the end, this game will probably end up in the top 3 rankings in gamerankings, maybe even become the highest scored game of all time, not to mention will sell a good 8 million + copies. So this guy, and others who seem to have irrational hatred for this game, will only end up looking like the idiots in the end..
