32X never had the hype and appeal of 'Wave' though. All it did was marginally make the graphics and performance better. This is a new way to play for 360 owners and is being given the treatment of a new console launch.
And, to be completely honest? Its the same thing that Nintendo did successfully with the Gamecube/Wii except they're not making you buy a new console (just almost if the rumored price is stupidly right ...).
