Capcom vs DC would be an obvious one, but unlikely to happen.
Maybe Capcom vs Activision would work. Only instead of the Activision franchise characters, they actually use the Activision employee's and they have no block and crap attacks and we can just beat on them over and over! sounds like fun to me :)
