Do you have any proof of sources? That's your opinion and guess.
For the voices, japanese one are bad IMO. I prefer cartoon english voices to screaming little japanese boys. They just scream. Like I said, you lived in a place where you talk english and ear english all the time. When you ear japanese, you can't ear the voices defaults because you can't speak japanese. Or maybe you are from the bunch of people who learned japanese to play games and watch anime O.o I hope not.
