What is the most disturbing thing you’ve ever seen in a game?

For me it was Silent Hill 4, there were some pretty revolting monsters in that, not to mention getting killed by them wasnt pretty.

and in completely the other direction, i would say Bayonetta, i loved it, but some of the cutscenes in that were cringe worthy.
