That's not how business work, Android would benefit greatly from having a 50+million userbase and Sony would benefit greatly by having Android OS and apps, they'd get a percentage of every app sold as well. Don't forget though that Sony Ericsson has its own Music and App store in the PlayNow arena and their new phones grant access to both app stores to users, I expect PlayNow Music and App store to be integrated into the PSN store eventually, so the PSP 2 will possibly be similar to the Xperia X10 in that aspect.
