thats the difference i guess.
when the japanese are doing localization for a western game in japan they showed respect towards that work by doing a good job.
that voice acting sounds really good =)
when western is supposed to do localizations for japanese games they can be either good or show how much lack of respect they have for other peoples work by doing a crappy job.
