Blazblue. SF4 is also good, but i don't think that SSF4 did much to fix the balance in the game. The new Blazblue Continuum Shift will make a lot of changes to make it more balanced, i like when they are actually trying. In SSF4 every character that was broken in vanilla is still broken. I like brawl too, but imo it isn't really a fighter. Even UFC is more of a fighter. SC4 and Tekken 6 are not bad, but i prefer 2D games, where the better player wins the most games 99% of the time. Those other 1% are retarded match ups.
