I've had great support from them..and sometimes...that ''infamous'' Dell support that is dreaded....nothing like some guy in india telling you ''sir..can you plz speak english''.
I've gone thru compaqs/dells/alienwares/asus/gateway*shudders* more or less sometimes things are a pain ...sometimes not.

Buying a lappy takes alot of researching^^ always have a back up choice aswell.
