As much as I am not a big fan of the 360, I honestly hope at the very least Natal has some sort of success. Reason for this, is because that would push the big console makers to try new things and improve upon what currently exists with different peripherals. As for the Move, I remain skeptical, but I do know I will use it for my third and fourth Heavy Rain playthroughs. The Wii never appealed to me outside of the RE4 experience a few years back, so if RE5 supports Move, that will be loads of fun (If implemented properly, I would like to see KZ3 use it as well).
