That's a mighty fine TV - just be aware that in 3D mode the resolution will be 3840x1080, because for polarization technique the horizontal lines of the TV are polarized(circular) in different directions and hence the left/right eye each will only see 1080 lines with the glasses on
Still, this is a very good method to counter the pixelation other polarizing 3D tvs show due to the reduction to 540 horizontal lines. The difference between 2160 and 1080 lines probably is way less pronounced than between 1080 and 540.
Unfortunately P3D TVs are sooo much more expensive than S3D sets, but they should come down in price within the next few years.
