The first PSOne Classic that isn't playable on PSP ?

Delta Force : Urban Warfare is only Playable on PS3, why you ask? well it uses dual sticks , and the PSP doesn't have one.

so is this an indication of PS2 games coming on PSN? , as seen here they don't have to make them play on both PS3 and PSP.
