Haha i saw this on the news cause i live in N.Z, it was sad they had a guy whining about a sore back or something after playing wii sports for 3-4 hours. I mean swinging the controller around for that long is bound to hurt you. Also nintendos safety book tells you to take breaks so you couldn't exactly sue them.
