My #1 would easily be Bioshock, but I only own the 360 version, i.e I can't include it on this list, as I haven't played the PS3 version. (The 2 versions are most probably pretty much identical, but screw it! Let's just say; here's my top 10 PS3 games minus Bioshock.)
Also, I'll only include 1 game per franchise.
