It's just for one property, and Insomniac own it.

The 10 year exclusive deal is only for one franchise though.

I am not going crazy because of their multiplat game. Let's see what it looks like first. Same for Bungie.

Oh, it is? Well, then no problem for both devs' fanbases (the ones who are worried about the loss of exclusives).
