Personally I'm really excited for cross game chat. Also cloud based saving would be awesome. Not having to worry anymore about backing up my save game data on a thumb drive or hard drive would be great. Right now if the save is copy protected then I'm screwed if my PS3 dies and I buy a new one.
Throw in the protection plan and exclusive DLC and depending on price I will likely sign up.
