Actually pretty much the same. =D Although I won't say that I loved Destiny ( I loved SEED) but I liked it a lot. Somehow funnily when I watched it I actually noticed billion flaws (like SHINN -.-) within the series but I still liked it. Maybe I am just too big SEED fanboy. =D And I really don't know why especially SEED is so hated among gundam fans. Luckily it is also the most popular Gundam series in Japan since original so I am not only person who loves it. =P
