The article is about not making games where motion control doesn't work.  I heard many things but I never anyone say that The Conduit or Madworld had broken controls.  You might be right though, they probably would sell better on the PS3, just like No More Heroes.

I'm getting a different view from your based on the article.

Basically it's saying if the game didn't sell on Wii, don't bother bringing it on PS3 with Move. The quality/review of the game is not a factor here which means Just Dance, Carnival Games, Game Party, Deca Sports and Cooking Mama are all candidates but Trauma Team series, Madworld and Zack & Wiki are not.
