Natal has more flash because it's completely hands-free, and being pushed heavily by the Microsoft advertising machine. The Move is a controller that has more resemblance to the Wii than Natal, so people who see the Move do not react to it with nearly the same amazement as Natal. This could all change post-release if the Move works better than Natal and provides a better game library.
My friend is an idiot. He kept playing Tetris because I told him there was an endboss.
