The reason why the PSPgo's games cost $40 is b/c so few people were expected to buy them and Sony has to pay the developers enough and also make a profit through the games, so expect a high price.
But, if Sony adds the game playing to a phone it will add relatively little to the base price of the phone. So you'll get a decent phone, with a game controller and the ability to download good games for free ( though the games themselves will cost) Add in Sony's 1st party development and you've got a great platform for Sony to make money from. This is going to be great and I can't wait for it to be out.
