The main problems with download only that people seem to be voicing here is that you can't resell games. Another problem would be the fact that you HD would fill up if you had loads of games.
I can see Sony renting games to people to solve this - ie. $5 for a week/fortnight. This would be a cheaper alternative although not one that I would be mad keen on.
I also think it needs a music player and phone, then i might consider it.
