Well they have announced there will be soemthing like 20-30 companies supporting the move back at GDC..I'm sure it has grown since then..

Did wii put limitations on the shovelware? I didn't know about that but tbh if they did they did a poor job at it...I just hope Sony does a better one

Let me know when the games come out.  Saying you will support it, and actually putting some effort into your games are two completely separate issues.

The only thing that I am aware that Nintendo does is make sure the software runs.  No limitations on quality, or number of titles allowed per year, or anything like that.  Just like Sony did on the PS1 and PS2.

Exactly, it's too early to call I agree :) Let's just hope they walk the walk as well
