.) Half-Life 2 - Amazing 'till the end. A true landmark in storytelling.

.) The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind - Often called the single-player MMO, that's the best way to describe it. A huge, detailed, complex world. It makes the game world feel like a real place.

.) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - It's freaking OoT, what can I say?

.) Prince of Persia: Sands of Time - Great combat, smooth platforming, best voice-work (acting and script) ever in a game.

.) Call of Duty - An amazing FPS. It's the only FPS that made me feel like a badass, not just that I was controlling a badass.

.) Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - It's the Zelda formula at it's best, what more could you ask for?

.) Resident Evil 4 - Best TPS ever

.) Super Mario Bros. - STILL the best 2-d platformer. I don't care what you say about SMB3, SMB1 is still the best.

.) Civilization III - Countless hours in the glow of a monitor. I regret nothing.

.) Rome: Total War - Amazing blend of Grand Strategy and and RTS.

Honorable mention.) Europa Universalis III - Amazing game, but couldn't quite best out the best.
