I was unaware of this "Army of One" I'm 12 chapters in and I never got that. When do you get that?

It's her high tier ravager attack, basically, it's the best "during" stagger attack you can use considering that she has better str than sahz, swap to commando right as it's about to go off then switch back to ravager at the end to queue it again will yield you insane amounts of stagger build up and damage.
