1. PC (largest and most diverse library by default)
2. DS (best library this gen)
3. Wii/PS3/GC/PSP (all have/had great games)

"worst": Xbox (actually it was an okay system, but today I know I should've bought a PS2 instead as it had the better library for my gaming taste).
