From us. Why certain people will commit acts the majority would define 'evil' I think it still an open question, and the answer is probably multiple choices, but it's not from some supernatural entity or outside cause.
It's a function of consciousness and behavior - not a good once obviously.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
