Seriously, you have to think about how many MySpace profiles are out there. It would take hours to find those specific profiles with no memory of the name or person's description.
The only leads I can give you would be to do a browse for women between the ages of 18 and 21, here for "dating" and "relationships", likely "single" or maybe "in a relationship", and possibly "bi" or "gay" (people making up profiles are usually advertising porn or something, so they usually list their person as bi or gay to attract people). Oh, and "slim-slender" or "athletic".
But browsing people fitting those specs gives you over 75 pages of profiles. Takes too long to look through those.
