I don't think so.  I don't know much about GFWL's DRM set up, but if it's anything like Steam, then it wouldn't matter how you bought it.

I do know that like Valve's games and others that include Steamworks, GFWL titles require GFWL access whether they're bought via retail or GFWLM.
