Jagged Alliance 2
OK, it's 11 years old, now, but still one of the best- Maybe it's still the best mix of turnbased strategy + heavy RPG elements + deep story ( lots of NPC you can interact with) + deep interaction with gameworld ( destroyable environment - yes, really!)
