So McCrystal and Obama think this is how you fight a war? Pretending that they are fighting to win on the news so they can score some political points. If they're not gonna fight the war properly then bring the troops home. No more political games.

What are we still doing there? Preventing a Taliban resurgence? Its been time to leave.. we cannot occupy the country indefinitely.

 

Well we obviously are not trying to win. In Iraq we went after the enemy and killed them. Thats not happening in Afghanistan, and its not just American troops that are getting killed. Those German soldiers that got ambushed awhile back, they didn't receive any support either. They got a blackhawk with a gunner. Its nice when the rounds don't go through the mud brick walls. Theres a good chance that they would be alive today if a f-16 or apache got cleared to destroy the enemy position.
