actually you'll find the ATi GPU client outperforms the Cell client on a client per client basis. I'm not sure how the GPU in the 360 compares to the GPU used for folding, but it is entirely concievable that the 360's GPU could outperform the Cell at folding. Of course, the Cell is much more flexible and has much more work units that it can work on than the GPU client.
