Neither for or against it, it's people choice to do it, just like it's people choice to be offended if it does offend them.
Although what I don't understand is why people might take offence to an image that depicts any religious figure in a positive light. If I drew an image of him in a way that signified my admiration of him and how he bought people together and what he stands for in the religion, would it offend people just because it's drawn in the first place?
