Edit - wait if we are talking about greatest game of all time than I would have to say it has to be a great game that will keep you playing no matter how old it is and won't lose your interest. For me there isn't a game like that yet but there are some that come close like Pokemon Red and Blue, Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, Metal Gear Solid IV, Uncharted 2(for now at least), Halo:CE.
