Uhmm clearly you know nothing about HTC. HTC has been making smartphones for a much longer time than Apple.
HTC does not make the OS. In the case of the suit Apple is going after the android phones. Android is a google venture but many of the features that apple is suing over are also present in the WinMo phones as well. It happens to be a case I am very familiar with for work related reasons.
