"Biggest" - Motion-controller Wii games like Wii Fit have outsold nearly everything on the HD twins.

 

"Best" - Debateable. Mario Galaxy remains a popular pick for the best game of the gen to date. (I maintain that it's motion controls were an integral and enhancing part of it)

I guess what I'm trying to say is this: even though they have been labeled as the future, the vast majority of games don't use motion controls and thats not gonna change any time soon. Even with the release of move and natal motion controls will be relegated to a select few games.
