You said it was working before, just really slow - that means the basic driver that comes with Ubuntu is working, and it will still be running now. you'll need to turn off the standard generic driver (blacklist it) but i can't remember how. then you should be able to get the correct driver operating. Right you were. I was able to get everything set up and confirmed. I'm going to try one more time - if it crashes this time I'm going to make my own thread, though at that point I'll probably assume it has something to do with that damn, dirty Flash environment
