If anyone should be arrogant, it should be Apple. They launch expensive sexy hardware and it actually sells before they have to strip it apart and lower the prices. They make moves the rest of the industry follows, instead of sitting back and plucking the low fruit from others like MS and Windows does to them, or like Sony and MS have done from Nintendo (and each other). Apple has risen from the dead to become one of the most influential companies in the world.
Sony is struggling to survive.
